The Gathering is an event held in the foothills of North Carolina every year. Many cars of British heritage are displayed within the vineyards of Shelton's Winery, Dobson NC. The car show is free for all spectators and incorporates all years of cars manufactured by any British car company. The North American MGB Register's 2024 annual convention is being hosted in Katy, Texas from 21st to 24th of April, 2024. What’s the annual convention? Well, it’s a multi-day (3 or 4) celebration of all things MG and a gathering of MG enthusiasts from around the globe. Some fly in, some drive their MG or other British car or some bring an MG or British car on a trailer. Although things change, each event has its own unique character and flavor. MG2024 is supported by our affiliated chapter, the Houston MG Car Club and this will be a multi-day MG extravaganza. Join us for our 39th annual celebration of fine British and European vintage motoring. Bring any British or European car, bike, or scooter, driver or show, new or old to compete for trophies based on popular voting. This show benefits Shoes for Orphan Souls, a humanitarian outreach program of Buckner International. Please bring a pair of NEW shoes (adult size and closed-toe) for those in need. Food trucks, car clubs, local service & restoration shops, and vendors will be present to enhance your experience. This is the largest exhibition of British & European vehicles in the DFW Metroplex. Registration fee: $30 per vehicle/ $15 per motorcycle, three-wheeled vehicle, or scooter. Spectators are free - parking for spectators at Dreyfuss Club Point. Pet-friendly event, must be on a leash, bring water, and please pick up deposits! |

The Capital Triumph Register is proud to announce that the 26th annual Britain on the Green (BOG) will be held at historic Gunston Hall, the colonial home of George Mason, in Lorton, on Sunday, April 28, 2024. BOG welcomes all British cars and motorcycles. Britain on the Green is well-established as one of the premier all-British shows in the metropolitan DC area. Participant’s Choice honors will be awarded in 25 or more classes of British cars and motorcycles. There will also be a number of special awards including Best Resto-Mod, Best Survivor, Best Display, and of course, Best of Show. The Queen's Enlish Car Meet will be a non-judged "meet" designed for the enthusiast and serious collector alike. All British marques ( cars and motorcycles) are welcome. An area will be set aside for an Auto Jumble (Swap Meet) USED AUTO PARTS ONLY! Spaces are the same price as show entries. Commercial vendors $100 per space. MUST PRE REGISTER BY MARCH 25.
