2021 Show Pre-Registration Is Now Open! Enjoy the elegance of classic and special interest British automobiles displayed ‘on the Green’ at Peoria’s Centennial Plaza Park. Cars will be on display to the public starting at 9:00 am with an awards ceremony scheduled at 1:00 pm. This is a free event for enthusiasts and spectators of all ages. Parking is plentiful, food and beverage will be available, and leashed pets are permitted. The British Wheels on the Green 2021 car show is presented by the Arizona MG Club and is sponsored in part by local automotive service, parts, and regalia vendors. The display will feature recognized British marques including Austin Healey, Austin Mini, Jaguar, Jensen Healey, London Taxi, MG, Rolls Royce, Singer, Sunbeam, and Triumph. As part of its annual Independence Day celebration, Washington Crossing Historic Park invites classic car owners to compete in the third Rebels & Redcoats Classic Car Show on Saturday, July 3, 2021, from 10 AM to 2 PM. This unique show features only American, French, British and German cars, representing the four countries involved in the Revolutionary War. Classic show-condition cars from model years 1996 and earlier are welcome. The cost to register each car is $25 online (plus service fee) or $35 on-site. There is no fee to attend as a spectator. Check-in will begin at 9:00 AM and the show starts at 10:00 AM. Winners will be announced at 1:30 PM. First, second and third prizes will be awarded for each country of origin (America, France, Britain, Germany). These prizes will be determined by peer judging.

Following the very successful first Columbus British Car Show in 2019, the Peachtree MG Register is getting ready for the 2021 edition. We have plans to make it bigger and better than before, with more space for social distancing and activities for all tastes during the whole weekend. All of us hope that by the time September rolls around, Covid-19 will be manageable and we can enjoy our British cars again. From our side, we’ll put everything in place to make Brits in the Valley happen safely. And if that isn’t possible, we’ll do it another time. This is a change from the usual July date that allows for a better chance of putting on a show as vaccination rates continue to climb. The organizers are very excited about the work that is being done to provide participants and spectators alike with a great show. The WWABFM weekend will kick off with the traditional Friday evening packet pick-up, dinner, and auction at the park.
