25th Annual British Motorcar Gathering, Pennsylvania

Fritchman Reservoir Park 3400 Reservoir Rd, Hellertown, PA, United StatesMore than 200 vintage British sports cars on display at Hellertown's Reservoir Park, just south of Bethlehem, in eastern Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley. The annual show features finely restored MGs, Triumphs, Jaguars, Austin-Healeys, Morgans and Mini-Coopers from every mid-Atlantic state. Popular vote awards. Door prizes and vendors. NAMGAR will be holding their annual GT-43 (Get Together) in Richmond, VA, from June 13 to June 17, 2018. We have two host clubs: the Mid-Atlantic MGA Chapter and the Central Virginia British Car Club. The featured model at the GT will be the MGA Coupe. MGVR 2018 Focus Event at VARAC Vintage Grand Prix
Canadian Tire Motorsport Park 3233 Concession Rd 10, Bowmanville, Ontario, CanadaThe MG Vintage Racers (MGVR) have selected VARAC’s “Vintage Grand Prix” at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Ontario, Canada, (Northeast of Toronto) the weekend of June 14-17 for our 2018 “Focus Event”. A “Focus Event” is an annual MGVR designated race weekend where all MG racers (and MG supporters) are encouraged to attend. It is complimented by including MG races and a variety of MG social activities and awards, including the Canadian “Simms Cup” for MGs. A large turnout of MGs will be racing, along with many other great vintage race cars! The tentative schedule calls for three days of racing - including “All-MG Races” and a “MG-Triumph Challenge Race”! Wonderful scenic drives along the Blue Ridge Parkway, Breakfast runs, a Funkhana as well as a concours and participants choice car show. The scenic NC High Couty in the Blue Ridge Mountains is the perfect setting for a TRA National Meet. There are a number of scheduled activities including a Blue Ridge Parkway Tour, Poker Run, two Breakfast Runs, a Funkhana, Welcome Mixer, Welcome Reception, Membership Meeting, Judges School, Auction, Art and Craft Competition, and 50/50 Raffle. But there is also plenty of free time for you to explore on your own or do some of the self-guided tours the host club has created.

Even though the emphasis is on British Cars, all Marques are welcome. No entry fee, no pre-registration. Show hours are from 10 AM to 2 PM. Relaxed atmosphere for the show. Food will be served, all we ask is a free will donation to the Harbor Room, at the Cambridge Hospital. The Harbor room is a resource place for people to go that have been touched by Cancer. An amateur Rally will be held before the show. Rally will start at 9 AM and end at the show at about 11 AM. Call for time and details on the Rally.

Mini Meet West 2018, Oregon
Mini Meet West is an annual gathering of fans of the classic Mini manufactured from 1959 to 2000 (including variants such as Mini-based Wolseley, Rileys, Innocenti, ADO16 and other variants that are derived from the classic Mini) and the modern BMW MINI that is currently in production. A group of West Coast clubs held the first U.S. Mini Meet in Reno, Nevada back in 1973. There were 43 paid registrations at the first meet. There will be a first timers show, a main event car show by the lake, a barbecue, banquet, tech talks, auction, movie night, rally, tours of the area, valve cover racing and much much more. The event will also be the annual gathering of the North American Triple M register, for MG Midgets, Magnas, and Magnettes from before the second world war. All events except the tours and rallies will be held on the scenic ground of the Lake Lawn Resort, a family resort with a renowned spa.

Lebanon is very centrally located, it is within an hour and a half of virtually every address in Vermont and New Hampshire, only a few hours from Boston, and a little over four hours from the NYC area. Lebanon is located at the junction of Interstates 89 and 91. GOF 102 will be at The Fireside Inn and Suites. This is a nice hotel with reasonable rates.The hotel is within a few miles of the Amtrak station and less than a mile from the Lebanon airport.

It will be filled with a variety of organized drives throughout the Shawangunk & Catskills Mountains. Kastner Cup 2018 at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix
Pittsburgh International Race Complex 201 Penndale Road, Wampum, PA, United StatesThe 2018 Kastner Cup will be contested at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Historics at Pittsburgh International Race Complex in Beaver, Pa., July 6-8. Triumphs will run within their respective race groups with other sports cars throughout the weekend and the Kastner Cup will be a dedicated 40-minute all-Triumph race July 7 at approximately 4 p.m. https://youtu.be/uDvAKEAmA24 The PVGP Historics started in 2004 and have grown over the past decade into a vintage race event that stands alone. Pittsburgh International Race Complex is the ideal venue for racing Triumphs. This purpose-built track, 40 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh International Race Complex expanded the track in 2015, adding 1.2 mile that stretches the entire circuit out to 2.8 heart pounding miles.

There is something at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix for anyone who has any kind of fondness for things that go “vroom.”

Castle Car Show at Castle in the Clouds
Castle in the Clouds 455 Old Mountain Road, Moultonborough, NH, United StatesJoin up for the annual Castle Car Show with an incredible gathering of automobiles from the past at this classic country estate. View stunning examples of antique cars dating from the turn of the 20th century in an equally stunning setting. Food and beverages will be available for purchase in the Meadows by Shannon Pond, where the show will take place.
