Bentley Motors has been recognized as a top employer for young people at the UK School Leavers’ Awards, as voted for by apprentices.
Bentley’s apprenticeship program collected four awards in total, resulting in a 2nd overall national ranking of best employers for school leavers, and the highest position in the automotive industry.
Bentley was awarded top honors for Job Satisfaction, Medium-Sized School-Leaver Intake, Best Advanced Apprenticeship and Top Employer – Automotive, while also receiving commendations in the Higher Apprenticeship and Company Culture categories.
The awards are centered on feedback given by apprentices, including those in the program at Bentley, from 100 UK organizations, completing surveys based on skills development, career progression and training, and company culture.
Marlies Rogait, Bentley Member of the Board for Human Resources, comments, “Bentley is committed to attracting, inspiring and developing the next generation of talented employees, and the success at these awards is a fantastic acknowledgment of the commitment and expertise of the colleagues leading our training programmes.”
