Zenos Reports Rapidly Filling Order Books

Zenos Cars has reported that growing numbers of orders for its E10 range have led to a rapidly filling order book for the coming months. The introduction of the E10 R at the turn of the year and continuing high demand for E10 and E10 S models means the Zenos factory in Wymondham, Norfolk, UK is currently operating at full capacity to meet demand and ensure the timely fulfilment of existing and new orders.

The increasing popularity of the E10 series of high-performance, lightweight sports cars has also led Zenos to expand its UK retail network, with the appointment of two new full-service dealers. The new appointments join the four existing Zenos service agents, giving the brand greatly improved geographical coverage within the UK.

Edinburgh-based Murray Motor Company has a quarter of a century’s experience of retailing sports cars and will offer new and used Zenos cars, together with servicing and repairs, to Zenos owners in Scotland. The renowned Royles Group, based in Wilmslow in Cheshire, will also provide a full suite of services, to Zenos owners in the north-west of England.

Around 50 per cent of Zenos cars are sold in overseas markets through eight international partners and in Japan, the first homologated Zenos E10 has been registered. This is an important step that makes ownership much easier for the many fans of the brand in this British sportscar-loving market, where significant orders for new cars have recently been received.

In addition to the expansion of its network, Zenos has appointed Jamie Lewis as Head of Sales and Marketing. This key appointment will help the company ensure that greater numbers of sales are matched by customer experiences of the highest quality. Jamie has more than 25 years’ experience of building and managing automotive sales and aftersales networks in the UK and international markets, including for Group Lotus.

Zenos will be exhibiting at the London Motor Show (stand L5), which takes place at Battersea Evolution from 6 to 8 May, with a press and trade day on the afternoon of 5 May. Examples of the 250 bhp turbocharged E10 S and 500 bhp/tonne E10 R will be on display.

At the same time, Zenos is continuing to enhance its offer to new and existing customers, with the announcement that all owners of Zenos models receive 10% discount on MSV track days where Zenos are in attendance.

Mark Edwards, Managing Director of Zenos Cars, commented: “Zenos is continuing to expand both the size and quality of its UK and international networks as our three-car model range grows in popularity and we prepare for further expansion in the coming years. We have always promised that the experience offered to our customers will be just as special as the cars we produce, and the appointment of Jamie reflects our desire to ensure that Zenos cars are as enjoyable to own as they are thrilling to drive.”

Jamie Lewis, Head of Sales and Marketing at Zenos Cars, added: “I’m delighted to be joining Zenos at a point where awareness of the brand and sales of the E10 series are both increasing rapidly. I look forward to working with our expanding network of partners around the globe to further elevate the Zenos brand, sales of our cars and the enjoyment that our customers derive from them.”In the UK the Zenos E10 range begins at just £26,995, with the turbocharged E10 S priced at £32,995 and the E10 R available from £39,995.
