The show runs from 10 am to 3 pm. Registration is from 9 am to 12 noon. After viewing and voting on your favorite British vehicles, you will have opportunities to tour the restored fort from the War of 1812 and its museum, eat lunch at one of the food vendors or shop at one of the vendors. This year your hosts will be bringing back the British quiz and adding a new event–Hot Wheel Drag Races! There will also be a scavenger hunt, a 50/50 raffle, and a silent auction. Voting is by popular vote. Dash plaques to the first 125 registered, goody bags, and door prizes. Pre-registration is $12.00 and will include an instant lottery ticket. The Annual Lotus Owners Gathering is a private event and current membership in Lotus Ltd. is required for attendance.  If you are not a member, please register for new membership at the cost of $50 annually; or if you are an expired member, please renew at the $45 annual rate before registering for the LOG event.

A new show that will be in the Cleveland area on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio. The European Auto Show, in conjunction with the Jaguar Club of Ohio’s Concours d’Elegance. We would like to invite all European cars to attend. The show will begin at 9 AM, with the last vehicle allowed on the show field at 11 AM. It is a $15 entry fee which will go to two charities. Providence House (a crisis nursery) and New Directions (a rehab for teenagers in the NEO region). Registration will be available online soon, or just register the day of show. There will be a popular vote award for each marque represented.

NEW Venue and date for Cleveland’s three British Car Days. Combining May’s Austin-Healey Meet, and August’s Triumph BCD at Shaker Square, and BCD at Ursuline College into one great show. This is a great venue only 1/4 mile from downtown Hudson with plenty of shops and restaurants to keep the non-tire kickers happy. The twenty-second annual British V8 meet will be held in and around Dayton, Ohio from July 11th through 14th. (Plan your departure for Sunday the 15th.) We plan to have an aircraft-themed weekend with visits to The Museum of the United States Air Force, WACO field, and various historically significant sites in and around Dayton. Specific meeting details will be posted here soon.

Car show for all British Marques. Gates open at 8 AM, the show runs from 9 AM to 4 PM. Celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite.  The show has over 30 different classes of vehicles and 6 specialty awards.  Featuring a food booth, food trucks, a vendor area, door prizes, and a live DJ.  This is a rain or shine event located throughout a park that includes exercise trails, Frisbee golf, and a beautiful overlook of the surrounding Fairfield area.  Additional information and a registration form can be found on the club website. Held on the site of battles between England and the US during the War of 1812, British cars and motorcycles are displayed in a park-like setting. This is our 20th annual show, with awards determined by the participants. No fee for spectators.

Come join the British Transportation Museum’s 15th Annual Car Show, “British Cars at the Burg” at our New Venue: Riverfront  Park, Miamisburg, OH. The Show runs from 9AM to 3PM on May 19, 2018.  Car registration is $15 in before May 2012th and $18 the day of the show. Registration will be limited to the first 100 cars.  In addition to the Car Show, Miamisburg “Spring Fling” happens. The MINI JCW Team and MINI USA continued to show their dominance in the quest for a series championship in the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge Series during this weekend’s Mid-Ohio 120 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. The series last visited the track in 2013, creating a unique opportunity for a level playing field for the two hour endurance race. This was also the first time the MINI JCW Team had ever raced at the 16-turn, 2.4 mile race track 60 miles north of Columbus. The team successfully navigated a number of challenging blind turns and elevation changes to bring home the 1 – 2 finish over the very competitive Porsche and BMW teams. The video is a wrap-up of the recent MG Gathering of the Faithful (GOF) that took place last week in Akron. Although the weather turned rainy, it sounds like a good time was had none-the-less. The show runs from 10am to 3pm. Registration is from 9am to 12 noon.
