The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is preparing to celebrate its 40th Anniversary in 2022. The event is honoring Porsche as their Marque of the Year and the Kastner Cup Triumph Race is coming to the PVGP Historics! The dates are set with Race Week starting July 15 at Pittsburgh International Race Complex for the PVGP Historics, followed by ten days of motorsport events culminating with the vintage races through Schenley Park on the July 23/24 weekend. Burton Morris is working on the poster for 2022 that will feature the Brumos Porsche 911. We can’t wait to see it! Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix 2021 – Pennsylvania

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is ready to get “Back on Track” this year. The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, presented by the Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Foundation, is the nation’s only vintage street race and the largest vintage race event, spanning 10 days with two race weekends, car shows, parties, parades, and motorsport events. The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Association raises funds for autistic and IDD charities, donating $5.9 million since our founding in 1983. In addition to racing, the event has so many different car shows that they created an overview section on their website just to help everyone keep them straight! The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is a GO! Executive Director Dan DelBianco told us recently that it is definitely happening. The whole 10-day festival and the Historics at Pitt Race the weekend before. So British Car Day is also a definite go on July 24. You can now mark your calendar in ink. The 40th British Car Day, produced & sponsored by the Western Pennsylvania Triumph Association, will be held again this year in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. In excess of 400 outstanding British cars and motorcycles are expected, and your participation will help Allegheny Valley School and the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Autistic Society, the two local charities that benefit from the Vintage Grand Prix activities. 39th Annual British Car Day – Pittsburgh

Show features 500 of England’s finest sports and luxury sports automobiles. The long-standing event is billed as the largest annual British-only car show in Pennsylvania. Coinciding with British Car Day at the same golf course is the Schenley Park Combined Car Show, featuring displays of German, Japanese, Italian and American cars, for a total field of some 2,000 cars Held in conjunction with Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix racing event on the streets of Schenley Park. Qualifying races Saturday, featured races Sunday.

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is 10 days of automotive enthusiasm and racing that features the best of vintage cars and best of Pittsburgh. What started as a single day race in 1983 has grown into a motorsport festival with two full race weekends and 10 days of parties, parades and car shows. There is something at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix for anyone who has any kind of fondness for things that go “vroom.”

One of the highlights of Grand Prix Race Weekend in Schenley Park is British Car Day, sponsored by the Western Pennsylvania Triumph Association (WPTA). It features over 500 of England’s best sport and luxury automobiles. 2018 will mark the 38th year of this great event and the 31st year that it has taken place in conjunction with the PVGP in Schenley Park. During that time the WPTA has raised $151,000 for the Grand Prix charities! Located in the middle of the golf course it is the anchor of our International Car Show. British Car Day is the largest annual British-only car show in Pennsylvania whose proceeds have always been contributed to charity. Kastner Cup 2018 at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix

The 2018 Kastner Cup will be contested at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Historics at Pittsburgh International Race Complex in Beaver, Pa., July 6-8. Triumphs will run within their respective race groups with other sports cars throughout the weekend and the Kastner Cup will be a dedicated 40-minute all-Triumph race July 7 at approximately 4 p.m. The PVGP Historics started in 2004 and have grown over the past decade into a vintage race event that stands alone. Pittsburgh International Race Complex is the ideal venue for racing Triumphs. This purpose-built track, 40 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh International Race Complex expanded the track in 2015, adding 1.2 mile that stretches the entire circuit out to 2.8 heart pounding miles.
