The Overland Expo has become a mandatory calendar event for travelers from all over the world, many of whom schedule trans-continental journeys to coincide with a West or East Expo, to see old friends and meet new ones. Land Rover has announced the launch of the new Land Rover Experience Center Heritage Program, a celebration of the history and legacy of the iconic Defender. The program will allow consumers to drive the Defender off-road at Land Rover Experience Centers across the U.S. As one of the world’s most recognizable four-wheel drive vehicles and a brand icon since its introduction, the enduring capability of the Defender lives on through the Defender Driving Experience. From September 2017, Land Rover enthusiasts will be able to experience the vehicle’s off-road abilities first-hand at Experience Centers in California, Vermont, and North Carolina.
With more than 62 years’ of expedition experience, Land Rover knows more than anyone about tackling the world’s toughest journeys by car. Now, with the newly launched Eastnor Explorer course, Land Rover is sharing its know-how with members of the public, allowing them to experience the thrills of expedition off-roading at the legendary Eastnor Castle Estate. The course takes place over a maximum of three days, which can be booked separately or together, giving guests the flexibility to fit learning in around their busy schedules.
