BAC Mono Sets Hillclimb Supercar Record

Briggs Automotive Company (BAC) is celebrating breaking the Goodwood Festival of Speed supercar record, having romped to victory with their Mono in this year’s Michelin Supercar Shootout in an unprecedented time. With experienced racer and multiple Goodwood champion Anthony Reid in the cockpit, BAC’s Mono conquered the famous Hillclimb run in just 49.13 seconds – topping the podium by more than a second and beating the previous best supercar record by 0.14 seconds. The Festival of Speed fastest supercar accolade formerly belonged to Jann Mardenborough, who set a time of 49.27 seconds back in 2014 behind the wheel of a Nissan GTR.

Briggs Automotive Mono at Performance Car Show

Briggs Automotive Company (BAC) – the Liverpool-based manufacturer behind the world-famous Mono supercar – is confirmed for the Performance Car Show. Mono is the world’s only single-seater, road-legal supercar that’s earned plaudits around the globe for its blistering performance and one-of-a-kind characteristics, and it’s sure to enjoy plenty of attention from 11-14 January 2018. BAC will take pride of place on Stand 19410 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), showcasing the 2018 Model Year Mono that includes a whole host of new standard technology – including a lightweight, lithium-ion battery. The 2018 Model Year Mono’s arrival at the Performance Car Show is its first ever public showing, making this another exclusive first for the event.

BAC Expands to Canada with Pfaff Automotive

Briggs Automotive Company (BAC) is continuing to take the world by storm, as the maker of the One-of-a-Kind Mono supercar has joined forces with leading Canada dealer group Pfaff Automotive Partners – famed for its dealings in motorsport and high-performance vehicles. Pfaff deals with some of the biggest marques in the world from its Vaughan, Ontario, base – just north of Toronto – including McLaren, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Pagani and Singer Vehicle Design. And it’s now added BAC to its armory on a limited-run deal, with intense interest from automobile and racetrack enthusiasts expected.

Briggs Automotive Company (BAC) has officially launched BAC USA Inc., as the British maker of the One-of-a-Kind Mono supercar expands its operations in North America. Having previously worked with distribution partners, BAC will now roll out a direct Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) strategy to bring factory assembly, sales, and maintenance services to United States shores.
