Jonny Ambrose Exhibition Camouflages and Celebrates Coventry Automotive Innovators
British artist Jonny Ambrose celebrates the automotive innovators of Coventry and Warwickshire in INNOVATION, CAMOUFLAGE & DISCOVERY, a new solo exhibition at Coventry’s Herbert Art Gallery & Museum running November 10 through December 5. His bold geometric artworks hide, then reveal, vehicles from CALLUM, Twisted, Tolman, Maeving and the region’s museums and universities, rendered as visual mazes inspired by wartime camouflage and the prototype-disguise patterns of today.
