A WEEKEND CELEBRATION AND SALUTE TO THE GREAT BRITISH MOTORCAR AND BRITISH LIFESTYLE The British Invasion is a British lifestyle event that started "over a pint of ale" in Stowe, Vermont, in 1990. It is a three-day event that includes "all things British", with a primary focus on classic British motorcars. Beautiful Stowe, Vermont, hosts this dazzling collection of classic British Motorcars every year in September. The British Invasion is the largest all British motorcar show in the United States annually attracting over 600 British motorcars from the US and Canada. We look forward to celebrating our 30th year with you this September!
30th Annual British Invasion – Stowe, VT
Stowe, Vermont StoweWEEKEND CELEBRATION AND SALUTE TO THE GREAT BRITISH MOTORCAR AND BRITISH LIFESTYLE British Invasion XXX, September 10-12th, 2021 (“A Jolly Good Time”) The British Invasion is a weekend celebration of all things British. Annually we attract 550-650 British Cars from Canada and the eastern United States. The Town of Stowe welcomes the “Invaders” with a Big Main Street Party on Friday evening with a live band from 6:30-9:30 PM. Saturday is the Concours d’Elegance (Judged), the British Classic (People’s Choice), a Car Corral, British Vendors, Ladies Hat Competition with awards presented by our very own “Queen”, Food and British Invasion Music. Saturday also features the “British Attire Competition,” which is open to Car Show Registrants & Guests, and the General Public, where our roving judges seek out the most original and most interesting British Dressed attendees with awards issued in [...]
Stowe British Invasion 2019, Vermont
Stowe, Vermont StoweThe largest All-British Motorcar Show and British Lifestyle Event in the USA, annually attracting over 600 British Motorcars to the scenic town of Stowe, Vermont as the inception of Fall Foliage Season (September 13th-15th, 2019). Events start with a Friday evening Street Party with a live band. Saturday is the Big Day with over 65 separate classes in the British Classic Motorcar Show (People’s Choice); the Concours d’Elegance Competition (Judged); a Car Corral (British Motorcars For Sale); British Marketplace of Vendors; British Invasion Music; Food & Beverage service; the Queen’s Court (Ladies Hat Competition); and the British Attire Competition (open to the public). Sunday adds the “Notch Run” (70 minutes driving Tour; a Competition of Colors; and a Tailgate Picnic Competition.
