70th Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club Annual Meet – San Diego
The Dana on Mission Bay 1710 W Mission Bay Dr, San DiegoThe Rolls-Royce Owners' Club is hosting its 70th Annual Meet in "America's Finest City, San Diego. The four-day Meet includes morning road rallies, private car collection tours, banquet dinners at the San Diego Air & Space Museum and USS Midway, plus our traditional technical seminars and other events. Our judged car show is Friday, June 24th with a large number of Rolls-Royce & Bentley motor cars on display!
36th Annual Mini Meet West 2016
San Diego San DiegoFor the Mini/MINI owners the 36th Annual Mini Meet West will take place in San Diego June 6-9 2016. Mini Meet West is an annual gathering of fans of the classic Mini manufactured from 1959 to 2000 (including variants such as Mini-based Wolseley / Rileys, Innocenti / AUTHI, etc.) and the modern BMW MINI that is currently in production. A group of West Coast clubs held the first U.S. Mini Meet in Reno, Nevada back in 1973. There were 43 paid registrations at the first meet. Eventually, the Meet became known as the 1st Mini Meet West after the start-up of the Mini Meet East events in 1975. Registration at http://minimeetwest2016.com

Embarcadero Marina Park North 400 Kettner Blvd, San DiegoThe San Diego British Car Club Council (SDBCCC) was founded in 1980 by Bob Segui who was then the San Diego Austin Healey Club’s Activities Chairman. It was Bob’s intention for this council to provide the area British marque clubs with a forum to exchange information and ideas as well as to share events. And so the newly formed SDBCCC organized an end of summer all British marque picnic. The first event was held at Dos Picos Park and attracted about 130 cars. San Diego British Car Day is open to anyone with a British marque car. Although the Council officially consists of clubs representing Austin Healey, Bentley, Jaguar, MG, Sunbeam and Triumph, you will find any manner of other British marques including Hillman, Daimler, Jensen, Metropolitan, Ginetta, Morgan, TVR and Land Rover.
