30th Annual Hunt Country Classic – The Plains, VA
The MG Car Club of Washington, D.C. Centre hosts the 30th Annual Hunt Country Classic, one of the Mid-Atlantic’s largest all-British car and motorcycle shows, on Sunday, November 8, 2026, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at Great Meadow in The Plains, Virginia. Rain or shine.
200+ British classics on the field, from pre-war MGs and Triumph TRs to Jaguar E-Types, Austin-Healeys, Minis, Land Rovers, Lotus, Morgans, Rolls-Royces and vintage British motorcycles. Awards by popular vote of the entrants across 31 classes; spectators vote for People’s Choice. First 250 vehicles receive dash plaques.
Show cars: any British-made car or motorcycle; club membership not required. Online pre-registration is closed; day-of registration is $40 at the gate, 9:30 AM to noon. Spectators free; parking $10 per vehicle. Bagpipes, food vendors and vendor stalls; leashed pets welcome. Bring cash. The Veterans Cup polo match is on the same grounds that afternoon.
Schedule: 9:30 AM field and registration open; 12:00 PM registration closes; 12:30 PM balloting closes; 2:00 PM awards.
