DESCRIPTION:The Triumph Club of the Carolinas will be hosting The Gathering in April\, 2016. The Gathering is the largest British Car Show in the Southeast. Held in Dobson\, North Carolina at Shelton Vineyards\, one of the nicest show venues you will ever see. \nStroll around the beautiful grounds of the largest family-owned estate winery in North Carolina\, while enjoying the sight of great British cars of all marques! Last year\, over 300 cars attended representing over 10 varying marques! \nFor lunch\, you can bring a picnic or\, better yet\, sample the wonderful faire offered by Shelton’s Harvest Grill Restaurant. Also\, Shelton’s will offer Hamburgers and soft drinks. \n2016 Gathering Schedule\nAll times subject to change. All changes will be posted at registration. \nFriday\, April 15th\n1-5 pm – Registration at the Hampton Inn & Suites\, Shelton Vineyards at Dobson\nleaving 2 pm – Blue Ridge Foothills Tour\, leaving from Hampton Inn\n6:30pm – Girls Night Out – Enjoy great friends\, great food\, great wines at Shelton’s Harvest Grill Restaurant. Participants can catch a ride from the Hampton Inn at 6:30 PM and then get a ride back after dinner. Seating is limited! You must register by Tuesday April 7 by emailing Jan Cook: kbtvr@triad.rr.com.\n7pm – Live British parts auction at Hampton Inn\, pizza and soft drinks \nSaturday\, April 16th\n8 am–Noon – Registration at Shelton Vineyards\n9 am–3 pm – Participants’ Choice Car Show\nby 11 am – Bring Wrench Wracer entries to bandshell\n10 am–3 pm – Winery Activities\n11 am – Wine 101: seminar at vistor center (extra fee applies)\n11:30am – Picnic on the Patio – A lunch with a British theme.
