DESCRIPTION:British Car Day® is hosted annually by the Toronto Triumph Club\, on the third Sunday of September. \nSince its inaugural event in 1984\, it has grown in leaps and bounds\, and now draws around 1\,000 British cars\, 60 vendors and 8\,000 spectators\, with room to grow even bigger. \nBritish Car Day® is open to vintage\, classic and current British manufactured vehicles\, including motorcycles. \nThe event is the largest\, one-day\, all-British car event in North America\, with visitors from Ontario\, the northeast United States\, the Maritime provinces\, Quebec\, and Manitoba\, representing membership in 100 British car clubs. However\, you do not need to be a member of a car club to participate. Over the years\, we have even had visitors from Alberta\, Saskatchewan\, Texas\, the UK\, and New Zealand.

DESCRIPTION:The British Invasion is a weekend celebration of all things British. \nAnnually we attract 550-650 British Cars from Canada and the eastern United States. \nThe Town of Stowe welcomes the “Invaders” with a Big Main Street Party on Friday evening with a live band from 6:30-9:30 PM. \nSaturday is the Concours d’Elegance (Judged with a New Category for PRESERVATION Cars)\, the British Classic (People’s Choice)\, a Car Corral\, British Vendors\, Ladies Hat Competition with awards presented by the “Queen”\,  Food and British Invasion Music.  Registrants and General Admission attendees are encouraged to dress in British Fashion with awards issued in several categories.  Saturday also features the “British Attire Competition\,” which is open to Car Show Registrants & Guest\, and the General Public\, where our roving judges seek out the most original and most interesting British Dressed attendees. \nSunday starts with a morning\, 70 minute\, run over Smuggler’s Notch and the back roads for the Car Show Registrants\, meanwhile back at the show field we feature a driving review of the Saturday Winners\, a Competition of Colors\, and a Tailgate Picnic Competition\, and more. \nCar Club Display Award. \nGates open to the public at 9:00 AM Saturday and Sunday. \nGeneral Admission is $15 for a 2-day Pass or $10 for Sunday only. \nFor arriving early in Stowe – Thursday offers the “Basin Harbor Driving Tour.”

DESCRIPTION:One of the largest and most entertaining British car events in the U.S.\n\nIt’s expected that more than 500 classic British cars will be on display and over 2\,000 people will attend the 2017 edition of the Chicagoland British Car Festival. The festival features\, authentic British food\, entertainment\, technical learning sessions\, car merchandise giveaways\, classic car parts vendors\, and examples of the latest automobile imports from Great Britain. Following last year’s fun and spectator enthusiasm\, valve cover racing – a quirky gravity-propelled competition – returns to the festival for 2017.\n\nAdmission for the general public is free\, with donations encouraged for Shelter\, Inc.\, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing community-based\, emergency and longer-term housing for abused and neglected children. www.shelter-inc.org. Last year\, Shelter\, Inc. raised more than $1\,300 at the festival.\n\nFor those displaying cars\, the early registration fee is $20.00 before August 22\, 2017\, and $25.00 after the deadline and at the festival. DESCRIPTION:Bring Your British cars and motorcycles. Join over 800 other British vehicle owners and share your interests with other enthusiasts. Replica cars made in England with British components (e.g. Panther) and specialty cars with British chassis and running gear (e.g. Arkley) are welcome\, as are British bodied cars with American engines\, including conversions. \nThe weekend kicks off with the Friday Welcome Party\, followed by the Saturday car show\, which includes a BBQ\, a slalom competition\, People’s Choice balloting\, a Funkhana\, a huge photo concours\, a Best in Show designation and a Land Rover Adventure Ride sponsored by the Pacific Coast Rover Club. Sunday’s activities include a Rallye\, a swap meet and an off road excursion for registered Land Rovers. \nPeople’s Choice ballots are cast for more than 80 classes of British cars\, which are owned and driven by club members from more than 30 British car clubs across the U.S. and Canada–a truly international event! Attendees can leave with not only good memories but mementos and memorabilia as well\, after a stop in the Regalia Tent. \nWe anticipate a good showing with Aston Martins plus a dozen Rolls-Royce and Bentley Automobiles. This year the event salutes the Best of Britain. All ‘Brit’ cars are welcome to join the fun.  Sunday morning we will take over the streets of Portland for a time/speed/distance rally\, which is open to all registered vehicles. With over 800 registered cars we are the largest ABFM in the United States. \nThe organizing Clubs welcome the public to take in this rare assembly of the West Coast’s finest British Steel.  The Portland All British Field Meet is promoting this event and expects a large crowd of spectators and media coverage.

Arriving at Hampton Court Palace over the weekend\, visitors will be treated to all the sights and sounds of the very first motoring pioneers. \nAs ever\, the main focus of the Concours of Elegance will be the world-class collection of historic vehicles picked by the Steering Committee to compete in the event’s main concours d’elegance. Details of some of these star cars will be announced over the coming months. \nA brand new addition to the Concours of Elegance this year is a revamped Talking Concours stage\, featuring a number of parades throughout the weekend. DESCRIPTION:The BSMGAC is once again sponsoring MG Car Day at Larz Anderson Auto Museum from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm\, rain or shine. There will be a food vendor for morning snacks as well as lunch items. There are 11 classes: MG Pre-war\, MG T Post-war\, MGA 1500\, MGA 1600\, MGB 1963-1967\, MGB 1968-1974\, MGB 1975-1980\, MG Midget\, MG Other\, MG Custom/Modified\, and Other British. \nSpread the word to all your MG friends to bring their cars out to this annual event. Also\, if you know any Rover owners\, please let them know about the day as they don’t get much awareness. I have included a class just for Other British that will include Rovers. If you know of a local Rover Owner’s group\, please let me know. \nThere will be three awards in each class as well as a 50/50 raffle and general raffle. The voting ends by 12:30 and awards announced as soon as we get the ballots counted after that. So\, come out and enjoy the day and spend time with other MG enthusiasts. \nRegistration is $20 per car. DESCRIPTION:Please join the fun at the 2017 Vintage Triumph Register National Convention which takes place at Forrestal Village\, Princeton\, NJ. \nThe convention will be co-hosted by the Delaware Valley Triumph club and the New Jersey Triumph Association. This will be the 2nd time the DVT has acted as host for this National event. \nThe planning committee is working on many great back-road drives that are abundant in the area. Princeton itself is a short back-road drive to that historic town\, with its many restaurants\, pubs\, shops\, antique shops\, and off course\, the esteemed Princeton University. \nWhile the Concours and Participant’s Choice Car Show are a major part of the convention\, DVT and NJTA are “driving” clubs. We encourage all Triumph enthusiasts to bring a car-regardless of its condition. \nThe hotel is near major roads and interstates\, and very easy to get to. In the event you have to fly in\, Philadelphia Airport (PHL) and Newark Airport (EWR) are only about an hour away\, as well as the local Trenton Airport. \nThe Convention headquarters will be at the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village. Located off major roads\, but easily accessed by back roads\, the hotel has all you would expect in major chain hotel; 300 rooms\, pool\, restaurant\, tennis courts\, etc. In addition\, current plans are for the Autocross\, Funkana\, LeMan’s Start\, Concours\, and Participant’s Choice Car Show to maybe be literally within walking-distance of the hotel\, using the hotel grounds. Tech sessions and other meetings will be at the hotel. This beautiful resort village welcomes over 100 sports cars for a weekend of touring\, car show\, and valve cover racing. DESCRIPTION:The Town of Hudson\, NH and the Hudson Historical Society will welcome British Cars of New Hampshire for the 20th presentation of the “Show of Dreams” to benefit High Hopes Foundation of New Hampshire and The New Hampshire Food Bank. \nFeatured Marque: AH Sprite\, Midget\, and Spitfire \nAs always\, the Show of Dreams will include 28 classes of antique\, classic British cars with trophies presented in each class plus: Best in Show\, Best of Featured Marque\, and a special prize for Diamond in the Rough. \nThe show field will be filled with car-related vendors\, craft vendors\, the BCNH Tech Tent\, show regalia\, the BCNH Raffle & Silent Auction and Great Food. SUMMARY:Western Washington All British Field Meet
DESCRIPTION:The 2017 Western Washington All British Field Meet (WWABFM )is scheduled to occur on Saturday\, July 22nd and if the past 27 years worth of WW ABFMs is any indication\, we can anticipate that somewhere between 4-500 British vehicles (cars\, trucks and a few motorcycles) will be on display on the Show Field and probably about 3\,000 or so general spectators will arrive during the day to see what all the fuss is about. \nOur mission is to promote the preservation\, restoration\, and use of British vehicles in the Pacific Northwest \nThe event will be held at St. Edward State Park in Kenmore\, Washington
